5Month1From [date], the newly revised national standard "Composition and Calculation Method of Green Logistics Indicators" (GB/T 370992026) begin implementation. Compared to2018The new edition standard upgrades the green logistics evaluation index system across management, resources, operations, and environment.4aspects, propose14a secondary indicator and42three-tier indicators.

In terms of management, this revision will"Elevate 'Management Indicators' to a Level 1 indicator to guide enterprises in adopting advanced technologies and management practices in logistics activities, optimizing resource utilization, and reducing environmental impact and greenhouse gas emissions."

In terms of resources, this revision adds indicators for renewable energy generation and energy storage systems, as well as the utilization rate of eco-friendly inks. It also revises indicators for energy consumption per ton-kilometer of transport vehicles and the usage rate of reduced packaging. These changes systematically promote the green transformation of logistics resources across infrastructure construction, equipment selection, energy consumption, and packaging materials.

In terms of operations, this revision introduces a second-level set of digital and intelligent operation indicators for the first time. Metrics such as electronic waybill usage rate and intelligent dispatch coverage objectively evaluate the paperless and precision levels of logistics dispatch. New indicators including load factor, bulk cargo sealed container coverage rate, and the proportion of rail and waterway freight turnover have been added to guide improvements in overall transport efficiency and optimization of the transport structure.

In terms of environmental protection, this revision refines greenhouse gas emission indicators for logistics transport enterprises and introduces a new indicator for the control rate of occupational noise exposure. By incorporating occupational health and safety into the scope of green logistics, it reflects a people-centered approach.

Developing green logistics is essential for building green supply chains and supporting green trade. In recent years, the State Administration for Market Regulation has issued a series of national standards for green product evaluation targeting basic logistics carriers such as reusable containers and pallets, while promoting the implementation of energy management system standards for logistics enterprises. Moving forward, we will continue to refine standards for green and low-carbon logistics hubs and parks, further strengthen the green logistics standards framework, and facilitate energy efficiency improvements, carbon reduction, cost savings, and enhanced efficiency across the entire logistics value chain.
